Super friendly staff and amazing chicken dinner, but the Wi-Fi kept dropping.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short stroll to attractions, and the pitch view was delightful, especially as a football fan. Staff were generally polite and attentive, although the breakfast could improve, especially the cooked options. The noise from the gym early in the morning was a bit disruptive.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which was just a short stroll to both Stanley Park, perfect for those picturesque walks, and the vibrant South Pier, adding a sprinkle of excitement to my weekend explorations. the staff were incredibly helpful and made my experience feel welcoming, genuinely a credit to my visit.

Comfy stay with a woof!

We had a lovely time here. The room was super clean and had a nice view. Staff was super friendly. Our pup was totally chill too! Breakfast options were on point, especially the pancakes. Just wish parking wasn’t an extra charge since it was kinda annoying. everything was fab.

The room felt spacious with a good layout, comfortable bed, and great shower with plenty of hot water. Appreciated the quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Staff offered attentive service and made the stay enjoyable. I really liked the view of the football pitch from the dining area. it added a unique touch to meals. Breakfast selection was impressive but food quality varied. Fresh items tasted great, but the cooked options were sometimes lukewarm and not as appealing. The location was decent, a bit away from the main attractions, which helped keep things quieter. the entrance to the hotel was a bit odd and could use clearer signage. Some furniture looked worn and the decor felt dated, needing a touch-up. A thorough clean-up service would be beneficial, especially to address the dusty areas and the odd maintenance needs in my room.

The room was spacious with a great view of the pitch, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. The bar area was nice to relax in after a day out, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The reception was on a different floor which was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I remember the staff helping me with early check-in during my first stay, which made it special. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay with a perfect view of the pitch, which was a unique experience for a football fan. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I do think they could improve the clarity of instructions regarding parking options.

I had a great experience at the bar and restaurant located on the second floor. The meals were enjoyable, and the view of the pitch was a highlight. I appreciated the comfort of the room, and the staff were accommodating during my stay.

The entrance to the hotel was quite unusual. It took a moment to find the reception area, and I found the decor in need of an update. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear.

i previously stayed at this hotel and was eager to return. the radisson exceeded my expectations with a spacious room that had a fantastic view of the pitch. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helped make my stay very enjoyable.

the wifi connection was spotty.

for around £80 for the room includin breakfast this was really great. the room was super clean and comfy with a good size king bed. breakfast was lovely, and the staff was nice too, they let us see the pitch view while eatin!

the air con was way too loud, and it was hard to turn off the bedside lights. also, it would have been nice to open the windows for some fresh air.

Target audience looking for a comfy stay

The room was very clean and comfy, I slept like a baby. the breakfast was decent although I wish they had more options instead of just what they served.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for the quality.
